Young lady at counter had excellent customer service skills. Greeting everyone as they entered the store. Made us feel welcomed. Good sales, my sister was from out of town and found a beautiful Xmas ornament., Staff happily found batteries for her. Keep up the excellent work.

This is one of the best stocked stores and they really do have the most helpful staff. The shop is just about filled to capacity but don't let that put you off taking your time to look around. I've bought cushions and quilted duvets from their trendy selection. I was looking at their stylish outdoor furniture and found some gorgeous Chinese influenced jade coloured cabinets. And i love that when I have a question they take their time with me, and they go with me to look for things, and don't just point. And they often have great sales.
