Fantastic service from Vanessa at Sotheby's, she gave very good advice and provided invaluable assistance getting the property market ready, did a fantastic job of the marketing and was readily available to meet contacts and answer questions. It all paid off as the property was only on the market for 6 days before we had two excellent cash unconditional offers on the table. Very professional and efficient service, I wouldn't use anyone else.
