The service was amazing. The food was nice enough. The pizzas were nice but a lot of flavours all loaded on one pizza. The calamari was good, nice flavour and not overcooked. The bacon, mac and cheese croquettes are pretty bland. It was a very dark ambiance and felt a bit more of a dirty club atmosphere rather than a restaurant (obviously it's both)

Was denied entry because I had my Australian license instead of my passport, I then said to the bouncer I had been let in two nights before with my license what’s changed? He just said no entry until I see passport. So I got my passport and returned to venue to only be denied entry by the same bouncer for being too intoxicated, when only had two drinks prior, so I stayed out the front for 15 minutes to watch the same bouncer let in more intoxicated people who were waving there arms around and asking ridiculous questions, clearly this bouncer on the 5/8/22 had a problem with me as he let in my mates who had the exact amount of drinks as me. So Rhinos get better bouncers who don’t let there personal opinions get in away of there actual job.

This place is amazing. We went at first 5.45pm and totally worth it. The food is freshly made and mouth watering. We tried Buffalo chicken pizza and oregano pizza and both were super yummy. Also, tried fried chicken and beef pouting and found amazing. Their jalapeño poppers are mouth watering and to die for, must try. Service was exceptional as well. Will surely come back.

Absolutely shocking service on entry. Rude waiter. Waited over an hour for meals and then one meal was handed to the wrong table so had to wait over again. When asked to take away the pizza that was given to us late they said they don’t have takeaway boxes. For a pizza that cost $27 I could have easily made a better one at home. Another table right next to us left too because they had to wait to long for their meal. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Was tempted to walk out without paying it was that bad.

Lovely meal even with 2 staff on the bar and 1 in the kitchen the meals were fast and the staff were friendly. Congrats in a tough time!

Bouncer kicked me out twice... I'd done absolutely nothing out of line other than spend quite a bit and sit down and socialise quietly.I was polite but admittedly a little sarcastic in the circumstances, completely arbitrary, and took my photo without permission. Awful service and won't spend another dollar there. Sort it out, Rhinos.

One of my favourite places in Queenstown. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case this time due to one particular reason! The man behind the bar with the moustache and SnapBack cap facing backwards completely ignored me standing at the bar for 20 mins and only served girls who clearly were way behind in the que. He was trying to show off and drinking the drinks which were left over.I felt let down by my favourite bar in town. I hope this won’t happen again when I’m down in my favourite bar in Queenstown!
