Nadia got an arrogant attitude with me when I refused to pay 600 dollars instead of the 89 dollars it was supposed to be, she tried to rip me off and when I didn't fall for it and she became rude and disrespectful, then her and her colleagues refused to show me the barcode to leave a review and lied saying they don't have it.I will be taking my car elsewhere to get it serviced from now on.

Best place for you to service your holden.If the SBS light show on the dashboard take it there don't let other mechanic try to fix it.waste your time and money

Came in with my mum; she walked in so frustrated at how we bought the car in three times now for the same problem — Ashley (I think that’s her name) she ensured we were taken care of and she handled our situation properly. Despite the money spent on the car, still Grateful for the help she gave us!

Very disappointed. After the customer care team on their website were friendly and helpful in passing on my quote request to the technicians, they promised I would hear back within 24hr. I tried three times but I've heard nothing from them ever (I've literally been waiting for months. I even rang them but I never got through). So I drove in to talk to them in person during their opening hours" as shown online

People were lovely. Receptionist was lovely. Even the Supervisor guy who came to check my door grabbed his tools free of charge to stop the noise when opening and closing doors. Don't be disturbed because it says Nissan, it is Davies holden as well. Well done

Despite my Colorado being in warranty, Davie Motors (ezy auto 123) just ignores my requests to fix things and refuses to honour the Holden factory warranty. Radio had touch screen issue, exhaust bracket broken, told they would contact me… never did. Call parts to see if they in stock which they were, force the issue to get it fixed. I still have a ripped tonneau cover waiting to be contacted. Only purchased 3 vehicles from them over the years… your best friend when you buy, they don’t want to know you once you have

Shocking service, booked in last month but was told no courtesy car, so rebooked for this month with a car. Go all the way down there to get told no courtesy car, had to come all the way back. These guys just wasting people's time your better off finding somewhere else to service your car.

Very poor response despite being directed to various voice mail with a view to being contacted. Previous appointment cancelled without notice not to mention the last time these people serviced by vehicle they crashed into another vehicle while on a test drive. I initially had to use my own insurance until liability was sorted out. So much for Holdens after service when you purchase a new vehicle. Not hard to see why Holden went out of business with support like this. Best advice, FIND ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER!
