I've been here 2 times in the last five years. Every time received warm, serious and professional service. I really want to get a hearing aid, but I don't know if I can get help from the government to learn English at DynaSpeak. If I can, I'll get my hearing aid installed right away; otherwise, I'll have to wait until my budget is full.

Absolutely brilliant service as always! I visited today for a hearing check and upgrade to a new Phonak model using the latest platform. In less than an hour, I left wearing a demo set of Lumity hearing aids for a trial fortnight. My phone was set up in a flash, all my questions answered without hesitation. Great company! Experience here was pleasant. Staff friendly, calm and professional. Branch beautifully laid out and clean. My specialist was really lovely and kind when she had to deliver some less than ideal news about my hearing. Will definetely return here for my next test.
