Loved my experience when i came to Kess last saturday . Came all the way from waiuku to get my daughter and nieces lashes done. Well worth the drive! They both loved their lashes and i popped in with my sister to get wax and threading . I havent looked so cleaned and shiny in a long time hhhh 5star customer service. Clean workshop and fast. The only down fall was i didnt get any of the staff’s names! Thankyou KESS Otahuhu you will defs see me again . I recomend to all. ❤️❤️

First time at Kess Otahuhu today. Even though the service did take a long time today (they were extremely busy and a staff member didn't show up today so can't blame them); you knew exactly what you were doing with the hair colour (Dee) and the cut (sorry I didn't get your name), and the other lady who did everything in between. You are all awesome! Also - I love my eyebrows. I will definitely be coming back to get lash extensions.

Have had black hair all my life I finally built up the courage to change to something different and am so happy with my new look. The staff were amazing they took so much care, time and patience with my typical island hair. Jay, Dashika and 1 other lady (I didn’t get her name) thank you all so much. Fair price for everything they did for me. Highly Recommended.

Always an awesome experience coming to the girls at KESS Express Otahuhu! The atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly and they make you feel so valued and appreciated! Even though I just go to do my eyebrows, I live in Manurewa but will drive all the way there because they know exactly how to deal with my eyebrows and I always leave feeling on top of the world! Keep up the good work girls you are all amazing!
