Great place to learn BJJ. Coach Phan has a great eye for the technical details and you get to train with a bunch of cool people with no egos. If you live in or near Masterton this is where you go to learn the gentle art.

My experience with Ghost Submission Grappling has been 10/10.Couldn’t wish for a better group of people to train with, good laughs with coaches that can explain and show details in multiple ways so everyone can understand, leads to no one being left behind in the learning.

Super welcoming atmosphere - great for every level of fitness, experience, age and background. The teaching brings new people up to speed quickly, but still pushes those with more experience to learn more and develop their skillset.Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.
