The level of care is questionable,And their strict policy on visiting at the moment is creating Elder Neglect, different story if they had the staff to engage with the residents but they do not, and there is no entertainment to speak of or anything to keep the residents entertained. Half hour visits what a SICK JOKE!

I visit my Aunty every day she's been there for 3 months so happy to been able to get her into St Joseph HOC We sometimes attend Mass together just love the Staff & the Setup my Aunt feels the same way being religious

There is definitely favorites within the home when it comes to things getting done. there are a handful of amazing staff members but unfortunately the rude ones out weigh the good.
