TSB Bank ATM
As a senior I found the TSB difficult to deal with. Their staff member insisted that we setup an application for a mortgage over a shorter period than what we wanted. The result of this insistence was that we had our application declined. We had a 45 Minute conversation with an alternative bank and have had the small loan approved and the interest rate was also lower. The TSB stance verges on ageism although this was denied by the staff member we dealt with. Would have loved to deal with a local bank but sadly not on this occasion.
