Friendly service. Didn't realise they accepted old gas cylinders and do cheap refills. $26 for a 9kg refill which is at least $12 cheaper than swap a bottle. They sell cylinders up to 45Kg and do recertification. Excellant fast service.

Very poor service. I ordered my gas Bootle on 8th may 2023 still not coming. We call them and the girl who was talking with us she cut our phone straight away. Thinking to switching another company now. It's cold wether and we finished our both gas cylinders. If any one Reading this review do not do the business with mata gas.

So poor phone call services onehunga branch. Guy is so rude. They are saying they delivers bottle but it’s not done. We have video of that even. Still lying. So pls never choose this company, pay little extra to others and be happy. Because they make their money with this way.

Very disappointed. Company takes more than 15 days to deliver. Even after calling and talking to a staff about the urgency gas wasn't delivered though advised it would be. Reason given, staff are injured, dont have enough staff. You are running a business here, customers dont need to know, we pay for goods.

The service is getting pathetic day by day. It’s been 21 days since I placed an order and still waiting on the delivery. Rang customer service several times but they are of no help. The frontline people are rude and lack skills to deal with customers. Definitely you guys don’t care about your customers.

The service provided deserves a negative rating! It has been over a month since I placed an order, and I am still waiting for the delivery. We have already used up two bottles of gas, leaving us unable to cook or shower. I have been calling customer service every day, but they don’t seem to care at all. The customer service staff are rude and lack skills. They have even suggested that we switch to another company. It’s unbelievable how they can survive! We will definitely be moving to another gas supplier.

Unfortunately not much can be said about this company, apart from rude, unreliable, and pathetic. Turn around time on getting gas bottles delivered is so slow the second bottle can be used up before the first arrives. Unbelievable how they are still able to function really.

Excellent service by staff on-site. Also very helpful & experienced in their business. I recommend this place if you're looking to top up you empty bottles.

Unreliable and very rude staff. Deliveries not done on time, was told by the complains team to switch to some other company. Delivery could take upto 3 weeks with payments done. After every order on the app, had to chase them for delivery. Finally changed to another gas provider.
