Took my Breville coffee machine in to be repaired about a month ago. Quote was emailed to me within a day. Very friendly service and a quick turnaround on the repair. An upfront fee is payable when dropping off an item for repair, which is then deducted from repair costs. Full payment for repair is required before they go ahead with it. Off-street parking is available at the front of the premises.

Teletech repaired my LG television for me. I was very happy with the service and the staff were very courteous. I will go back to Teletech if I need my television fixing again.

Thanks for the doing the repair of our Panasonic TV which we bought in JB HIFI less than 2 yrs ago so it was still under warranty. Good service. GOD bless.

Helpful friendly technician, great service and fair price. Brought my Sony tv into the store get fixed because the power button on the remote didn't turn the tv on, I thought it was because the tv remote receiver was faulty. The technicians found out quickly that it was a remote problem and had a secondhand Sony replacement remote available. I was in and out of the store in under 15min with a working television. Thank you team.

Excellent customer service, and a very quick repair. Had my Coffee machine put into repair around 11:00am and got it back fully repaired same day. The staff, made my experience and service at the branch, go very smoothly.

Very poor service. We have been waiting for more than 4 weeks for our coffee machine to be fixed. Only assessment took 10 working days. We eventually received a quote for work which we phoned to accept immediately. We were told that we just had to make payment and parts would be ordered and then our machine would be fixed. Was told parts would take a max of 4 days. My wife confirmed that I would make payment immediately and to please go ahead. When we called today, over a week since payment of quote, we were informed that they didn’t receive the payment! Very disappointed!!! After over half an hour on the phone back and forth giving details of payment, they continued to say they couldn’t find payment. After confirming we sent a screenshot of our payment to them, they finally said that they confirmed payment. My wife tried to verify since they denied receiving payment that they definitely could see it being paid same day as quote received and she was told that they would have to speak to accounts and their workshop and they would call her back. They called back and said that payment was received, parts purchased and machine was being worked on. Still could not give definite time as to when machine would be done even after a week and a half since payment. The repair is super simple and they charged more than $200, but I didn’t have the time to look around at options or repair it myself so we agreed to the quote. I am giving them one star just because google doesn’t allow me to give 0. Very bad communication between their departments and with customers.

Very impressed with the service, fair deal and hassle free. My sunbeam coffee machine came back like a new again. Thank you.

Sadly, these days I just expect customer service to be universally terrible. So when I come across such an incredibly friendly and efficient team, I feel it's only fair to give them a shout out! Everything was covered under warranty, there were zero hidden fees, and the team at the front desk were lovely and genuinely knowledgeable. Thanks, Teletech.
