Great dealership always helpful my parts order came in next day .

I had 2 quad wheels that needed new tyres putting on the rims and I supplied the new tyres. The old tyres had tubes in them and I was asked if I wanted new tubes to go in the new tyres and I said I would prefer to go tubeless. They completed the job and I took my wheels home but they both went flat before I even got them on the quad. They both were leaking around the bead as no bead sealant had been applied. I returned to the workshop a week later and asked if this could be sorted and without even looking at the tyres I had 3 mechanics tell me they needed tubes. I disagreed as these were galvanized rims with only minimal rust in the bead and thought it should be able to be fixed with a wire brush and bead sealer. One mechanic tried to pass the blame onto me as I had Instructed" them to go tubeless. I told them this was not true and nobody at any stage told me there could be problems going tubeless. Eventually they decided to clean the rims properly and put bead sealer on them for me. There are no more leaks and I am happy with the work they CAN do. I am just disappointed that they did not want to fix their mistake. Since this has happened to me I have heard stories from others where Patterson's does not want to take ownership for their mistakes. I will be very cautions using Patterson's in the future."

They sold a new motor bike to a friend of mine, it has been back 3 times for not starting, bike had done less than 20 hrs, he was charged for every visit and the remap. Seems like they never heard of the consumer guarantee act. Will not recommend to anyone

Stood in store looking for ladies riding gloves. Was not approached by any staff. The range was minimal and the same glove had prices $99.90 for the medium and $89.90 for large. Clearly need to work on there stock levels, customer service and pricing. I walked out. Will shop out of town in future.
