Best place to get awesome service. Store is always busy which speaks about its popularity. Staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Been buying with NL since 2013.

My phone was faulty so i brought it back thinking i could exchanged it i had it for less that 3weeks and they said that you can only exchange within 14 business days, and they offered to fix it, after i got it back it was fine for a day but the same problem happened and it was even worse than before my phone started turning off more frequently and the message that my battery wasnt authentic or installed properly popped up again now i have to send it back to get fixed otherwise i can't get my money back. Get ur phones on the official web guys;v; and i just went into the store they told me they couldnt find the problem so they just sent it back bffr and also the manager was rlly rude and wasn't helpful i won't ever be coming back

Beautiful Noel Leeming with lots of range and great staff

The item I purchased was not in stock when I first purchased it so it had to be sent from another store and I had to wait a week to pick it up. The item was faulty and unusable from the moment I picked it up. I emailed customer support, who directed me to the technical support line who confirmed that it needed to be replaced. I went in-store and the in-store technician again confirmed that it needed to be replaced. A week later I missed a phone call from the store and spend two days trying 6 times to call-back the store at different times of the day with the call being hung-up on or redirected. Once in contact with the store, the lady informs me that the store is out of stock of the item and that it will be restocked in two weeks. I called back the store today - exactly two weeks later and I have been told that no stock is there and that are no orders for new stock and that they cannot provide me any ETA at all for my replacement.This is extremely disappointing as this item is covered by a Noel Leeming warranty as well as the 12-month Bose warranty. When I first contacted Bose, they told me that they would upgrade my item to the next generation model and I would have it within 4 weeks at most. When I called Noel Leeming and told them about this, as well as talking to the cashier in-store, they both informed me that the replacement they would process would be under the Bose warranty rather than claiming on my Noel Leeming warranty so there would be no point in me going through Bose directly.One thing I did love about my purchase is that the price match guarantee was honored and was easy to use. So I do not want a refund, I just want an accurate ETA of when my item, or the next generation model of my item will be in-stock to replace the faulty item that was sold to me.

Went in twice today to try buy something. No one to help out walked out both times. Will go elsewhere next time.

We went to buy a microwave from noel lemming being customers of noel lemming but the lady staff who was assisting us on Saturday midday at the lower hutt branch no customer service etiquettes at all instead of recommending another product told us I am not going to drive to another store to get you the product. She could have been more polite and recommended another product or could have suggested us go to another noel lemming store if you need a microwave. Sorry noel lemming lower hutt but with staff like this it loss of business for your store as we ended up at Harvey Norman who made us feel so comfortable and recommended us a great product.hope the owner of the store makes staff feelIt is a place to work as looks like no staff were interested to helpOut so we walked out.we were alsoLooking @ a new television but felt the staff did not care.

Great store manager. He did everything he could to help me with what I went there for and seemed really happy doing it. Awesome experience

Had great service and able to purchase what I was after except for 1 item, that they arrange to courier to me from another branch.

Had the weirdest experience, went in to buy a screen protector for my phone (a quick and easy job). Was asked 3 times if I wanted to pay an extra $10 for them to apply it, after saying no and being asked over again I gave in because it was embarrassing not being listened to. They also couldn't supply me with a gst receipt because my email address messed up their system and they couldn't process the transaction. I was asked to change my email address then and there on the spot, which I couldn't do because they were applying the screen protector to my phone (which wasn't something I wanted in the first place, so thats hilarious) and also I don't have another email address. I only had 5 minutes and this turned into me causing them a problem, so I asked for a refund in cash and but they couldn't because it was my fault their till was locked.
