I reported my experience of workplace bullying while at PlaceMakers Timaru/Twizel in the form of a Formal complaint and was fobbed off. In my complaint I referenced the provided WorkSafe guide to identifying Bullying and harassment in the workplace but was instead referred to an internal Fletcher Building guide for identifying bullying and told by the HR representative we don't see it that way". This is how I was silenced
