Garden center has gone down hill in a big way unfortunately….not with product, but very unfriendly staff, you feel like you are annoying them by walking through the door or interrupting their daily gossip session.Very disappointing, puts me off going in there and I have spent a lot of money here over the years.I used to enjoy my time here.

Fantastic garden centre and so lovely to deal with. Really knowledgeable and super helpful. We ordered trays of petunias and they phoned us as soon as the order had arrived. Sounds simple but not so much nowadays. So thank you ladies

Easy to access and small and compact with all the items you would get at a large city Mitre 10. Staff are very helpful and proactive.

Lovely bunch of people here and always the stock you need. Big shout out to David who has cut a couple of keys for me, assisted in finding other stuff and generally been a lovely guy to chat to. Awesome community feel to the place.

nice place to walk around, (for me) all mitre 10's look the same, full with products, some areas a bit over flowing for walking down the isles. car park a little cramped for entry / exit from the roadway and into the store. Definatly hazardous on a rainy day

I think it would be best to describe this branch as small but perfectly formed. Staff are pretty good, just don't ask the cardboard cutout ones. Dude out the back was great with helping me to load the car with sandbags. It's the biggest hardware store near Waihi Beach, and worth the trip.
