Bought bottles and lids and they did not send the lids, not returning calls or emails, had bottles for a month and cannot use them!

Terrible customer service, NEVER replies to emails, has hardly anything in stock.

Website says they are open and the gates are open and signs are out - but nobody there and locked:(

Really disappointed with the customer service: Two weeks 18/08/2016 ago My manager and I submitted by phone a request for a quote on some items I needed for teaching resources. it is the third of September and I have phoned twice today for a update on the quote: Friday 5 p.m. conversation went like this: oh, I will do the quote for you while we are on the phone. Mistakes were made not on my part but some details lost in the Cospak system so we update them. Quote inconsistent with the real world that i am trying to negotiate with to get these supplies. Yes, I have been extremely patient and would have appreciated a suitable response earlier. i am very very disappointed with the customer service I have received. Ngaronoa Renata
