It was the best experience at life pharmacy . I urgently needed my covid booster so that I can travel abroad. Sam helped me with the vaccine on short notice. She also sorted out my international travel certificate as I urgently needed it

Wonderful experience with getting girls ears pierced. Took a 11 and 13 year old in and the staff were amazing. Fantastic service . Staff great with dealing with kids.

Very professional, greeted at door scanned in cleaned hands straight in boom booster done. Elderly Chinese couple with broken English were put at ease by pharmacist William, excellent to see the extra level to help everyone in the community. In these hectic times, you learn to value good friendly service. I've been here a few times to get prescriptions and it's always been a professional interaction 10/10, keep up the good work.

Had a prescription for my elderly aunt recently out of hospital. A medication that doesn't exist had been prescribed. Had contact with 3 pharmacies prior to approaching Queensgate Life Pharmacy. They took the time to phone the prescriber to clearify medication details.

I like this pharmacy as it’s in the mall so it’s open until 9 on Thursdays which is super convenient. The staff are really efficient, helpful and friendly. More often than not, they have stuff that other pharmacies don’t and also a wide range of makeup and perfumes that are out of stock in other stores. Have collected most of my meds from this pharmacy and never had any issues and also receive text msg notifications that my script is ready for pick up. Nice work team!

After being in the store, finding what I needed and paying for my item I was finally asked by another staff member where my mask was. I showed her my exemption (given to me by the DPA) but was told it wasn't accepted and asked to leave. Why wasn't I asked when I entered? There were plenty of staff around. I also found it rude this person telling her work colleague what to do in front of me. It should of been dealt in a professional manner away from customers.
