Amazing work done,1 on 1 experience where the technician is focused solely on you and the work done on you.They cater to your individual nail needs/problems, offer advice/solutions. Great customer service makes the customer feel valued. Serena gave me her full attention throughout the hour and did the gel nails with high precision and great quality.Im so picky and even the slightest error can trigger my ocd but theres no error here!! competent technicians. Not only do they do the job properly, but with great quality!! so i wouldnt say im satisfied instead, im happy! because my nails look so cute she has put in effort in each detail.Definitely worth the money, its little bit extra than other places like in malls, but considering the time and effort put in, its great value for money.and they actually have conversations with you!! yay

Serena and her team go from strength to strength. While she couldn’t do nails for four months - she certainly hasn’t lost her touch! I get asked about my gorgeous nails so often I have to carry her cards!

From the moment I walked into The Nail Vault, Serena greeted me so warmly and made me feel so welcome. I’ve never done my nails up so I wanted it to be special and I just told her, work your magic and boy did she! I did the mystery manicure and she made gorgeous galaxy inspired nails for me and I adore it. I can’t wait to go in for my next appointment. She also educated me on nail care and recommended a cuticle oil which smells so delicious! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Loved going here! Serena is so sweet, good to talk to and amazing at nails. First time getting acrylics, and I am obsessed! It is the best nail place I have ever been to - I felt so welcome and felt like Serena really cared about how my nails turned out and did her best to do them exactly like I wanted. I will definitely be going back, and highly recomend to everyone.

Serena Is absolutely amazing! I've been seeing her for over a year and she has helped me stop my nail biting habit (which i had been trying to break for 6 years!). I honestly couldn't have done it with out her. She is an amazing nail tech, her nail art is absolutely stunning! She is super non judgmental and has been so supportive of me during my nail journey. I've seen her for Gel manicures and acrylic and they are always flawless every time and leave me feeling good about the way my hands and nails look whenever I leave my appointment. Couldn't recommend more!!

The Nail Vault team are absolutely amazing! Serena is not only so lovely and easygoing, but is super talented with her work! She has an eye for detail and does an amazing job every time. I always get so many compliments on my nails. Recently I was able to book a group of 4 for pre-wedding nails and spray tans and they were so professional and accommodating, even when the bride to be wanted to change the colour of her nails. Serena went above and beyond, Icannot recommend the Nail Vault enough! <3

I love the nail vault. They used to be local (great north road) and their work was by far my favourite. Very clean, friendly and they actually take care of your nails !!! My nails when I was seeing them were THRIVING. I miss you guys, hope you’ll set another shop somewhere close by again
