Wow! Well worthwhile going for an easy walk-in to see. The water is soo clear & is very peaceful.It is hard to explain as such feast for the eyes and track, etc, well maintained tracks. Nice resting stops in the shade along the way.

Beauty place to explore. New Zealand has amazing hidden gem. Enjoy the nature, the walk but best of all the views that you take in. Seeing the ducks swim.

Beautiful place to visit and it's free. The creek is so pretty with its crystal clear water. Well worth the visit. We went on a rainy day and it was still really pretty but got a bit muddy in places like the carpark. If you park at Leslie Rd entry it's only about a 15 minute walk to the Blue Springs and start of the nice walking track. There is a long drop toilet but there is no where to wash your hands and the hand sanitiser was empty. If you do the whole walking track it takes about 3 hours return. There's also at entry point and carpark on Whites Rd, state highway 28.

Would highly recommend! Been here about three times. No matter how many times you go to this place, it’s always worth it. It’s just so beautiful, so serene and relaxing. A very spectacular hike! The views are just mind blowing! Nature at its best, untouched and preserved! Would suit any visit be it with family or friends- totally worth it!

Easter weekend at Auckland - friends were over and we took a quick day trip to Blue springs. It was one of a kind experience - beautiful drive, lush greenery, picturesque mountain side and pristine clear blue water , where the river bed is clearly visible. It’s got a little car park at the entrance and the walk to the river side takes about 10-15 mins. Overall, you could easily spend about 2 hrs here enjoying the view. Young children will have a good time around a spot with 3 giant trees. Highly recommend this place.

Love the view. Super clear water, you could see the grass under the water easily. So beautiful. There was a parking lot but limited. The walk was easy and short. There was a spot to get close to the water but at the time we went there there were so many teenagers sitting around the path and even jumped into the water when it was prohibited. I wish these teenagers were more appreciative towards the beauty of nature by following the rules. A must visit place when you are in the neighborhood.

Beautiful spring. It's very peaceful and there weren't too many people there when we went. The path looks clean and looked after. The water is so clear, you just want to jump in but after seeing how damaged it was just a few years back I am glad they banned it.The only things that stood out to me in ways of improvement is providing an option for people to taste the water/fill their bottles and I would like to see them address the accesibility as well. It would be amazing if it was wheelchair / mobility scooter accessible.

Stunning place just a couple of hours from Auckland. Free entry and very easy for suitable for any age. Recommended to go at a sunny day to fully enjoying the crystal clear color of the water.

River of clarity! The most clearest, cleanest water I’ve seen… beautiful… lovely little hike around the river with plenty of places to stop eat, take in the sights… will definitely visit more often.
