Check in was quick. They had the car I'd reserved and it's working well 2 days in.

Services Wellington Airport but doesn’t operate a shuttle service after 3pm.Bus and walked to the CBD depot as my flight arrived at 2.50pmThe vehicle: Misti ASX great condition - no issuesThe service: When I enquired about an extension of rental (1.5) hrs it was denied despite the company being unable to either pick me up or drop me at the airport either side. Due to lack of flexibility, I would not recommend Ace and encourage other users to spend the extra few dollars and seek an alternate provider unless you are prepared to organise your own way from the airport.

Rude stuff and no directions on where to park. Rental experience was great otherwise.

Booked online and paid to pick up car next day one way to Auckland as flights were cancelled. Next day went to pick up the car was told no cars available. The lady that served us was so rude. There were all this people turning up to pick up cars but been told there is no car. Do not use them

The car is supposed to be returned at Wellington Airport according to the agreement. The brunch is closed without any notice. I noticed after calling to double check the car rental details just in case the office close early because of not much business. They told me that I can return the car at the airport rental car park, but I just can't see any section for Ace. Almost missed my flight while I was looking for car park until a staff at airport saved me. Today I found I got charged $28.43 for the toll fee. My plan was changed because of the level 2. I worry that I will get stuck in North Island so decided to return 4 days in advance. I understand that I can't get the refund but it is really annoying that I got charged extra without any notice and even it is not my fault.

Pickup was relatively easy (they emailed me the agreement and I signed it, with my finger) and had the keys and drove off in no time. I rented a Hyundai i30 or equivalent" and got a Toyota Yaris Cross

The nearly-bald tyre on our rental car went flat and we had to buy a new one. This cost more than the price of the rental. We'd paid for the full insurance, and when we returned the rental, the receptionist said they'd sort it on Monday". My mistake for believing them... A month later my emails are still being bounced around by customer support and assessments and the rental location (38/44 Hania Street) still hasn't refunded the cost of the tyre. They have all the necessary documents on file

Rental car at Wellington airport dodgy outfit . Scammed $50 for booking . Hired car , returned to airport were told to . 5 hours early . Email 2 days later where is car . Email back , where you told me to leave it . Reply thanks found it . Check bank $278 bond stolen . DO NOT GO NEAR THESE CLOWNS . PS . If you do not return my money , beware of every turn you make . And ensue you have 24 hour security on your cars . Brent Rothsay

Terrible company. Customer service INCREDIBLY shocking. Do not use this company, they don't care about anything except your money. If there are any issues don't expect an answer within the first 6 weeks of initial query and months and months to remedy. Australian to its core.

Can't fault these guys... I have been renting vehicles off them from Wellington and Auckland Airport since 2011..... Over 60 hires... always good in every way....
