Frost is the company to use if you're putting in central A/C. Great to deal with, cost effective and super efficient. Have used them for 2 houses and about to use them for a 3rd.

The guys promised to install after a fortnight, failed, no response to phones or email for a week, then come back to me with a new date of install a month later! How ridiculous! Let me tell you the owner nor their staff didn't have any regrets not even apologise! Finally they have communicated their inability to execute the order! Also always clarify if they are selling Gree - Cozy or Hyper cos their is a price difference,! Normally most customers dont know and they don't clarify. Customers think they have been offered competitive price. What i believe is there is a massive difference in performance!"

They had installed a heat pump a number of years ago and was very happy with the work. Have tried to get them to come around as the heat pump has stopped working. Agreed a time but had to cancel due to extreme weather conditions. Have been trying to reschedule but they will not confirm a day and time. Have given up and made contact with another company. If they were too busy just say so and I would have gone somewhere else

Amazing price and super fast at getting the heat pump installed. After getting three quotes for an install, it was a no brainer to use Frost Industries. This is the second heat pump they have installed for me, and I would go back again to them if I need to in the future. Highly recommended.Update (05/2021)- just used Frost Industries to install another heatpump into my tenants unit, and once again the service was excellent. Turned up as expected, and when I checked after they finished, the flat was left super clean. And again, the price the lowest of all the quotes.

I booked using the online tool, and was followed up with the next day via email to book a time which was confirmed in email. It had to be in the middle of the day to meet their needs, so I made work arrangements to be home, but unfortunately they never showed up. When I called I was informed that my job was never added to the schedule. I was given a glib sorry" with the attitude of someone who really didn't care. Thoroughly unimpressed - failed at the first hurdle of customer service."

Sloan had been professional and very friendly. Our heat pump works like treat even after 05+ years. If I need another installation, I will not hesitate calling Sloan again!
