Window and Door Rescue

Decided to make my windows more secure and contacted Jason at Window and Door Rescue,he fitted security stays on them at a very reasonable price and was great to deal with, arrived promptly and worked so efficiently... very happy with the service...would definitely recommend!

Jason is quite simply the best at what he does. We have used him a few times now, and he is solution driven. No job is too hard. He is very easy going and so good to work with. Fully recommend Window and door rescue for any job in this space.

Jason did a brilliant job with our windows and doors (refurb handles, sliders and seals). Super polite, turned up on time and was tidy as. Couldn't ask for more.

Jason fixed 3 of my leaking sliding doors. Sometimes you luck upon someone you feel you can trust and he was fast to respond, friendly and very reasonably priced.

I had a specific sliding door problem at a rental property, where the tenant is disabled and having difficulty opening the door. This was reported to me the Friday before Christmas therefore not great timing. I contacted Jason at Window and Door Rescue, who advised he may be able to do it over the break if he had time. I was impressed when Jason said he would do it on Monday the 2nd of January 2023. Jason was on time and completed the job in an extremely efficient professional manner. Jason could have charged more for the work, easily. We have several rental properties in the Tauranga area and we will be using Jason from Window and Door Rescue again, and recommend you do so as well. Professionalism, skill and a pleasant manner are not common traits this day and age. Not so with Jason. Thanks Jason....John Willson
