Happy with the product, but misleading advertising meant we were unaware insulation was not included within the quote and comms were difficult and delayed. Therefore the experience was unsatisfying overall.

Excellent service replacing the garage door that an over zealous teen learner driver “kissed” with the car. Fast and reliable, took the old damaged door away. Pro Tip: spend a small amount extra and get the Wi-Fi add on. Means you can open / close door for deliveries if need be, gives a handy alert on your phone when it’s operating.

Fast and friendly service at a really good price. Turned up on time, knew exactly what was wrong with the garage door, explained it clearly and fixed it. Didn't try to upsell or make us buy a new door which we have had from a repair company in the past. Door is now working perfectly :) Would definitely use Metro Garage Doors again.

Garage door coil spring broke Sunday. Rang Metro 8.30am Monday. Door repaired before lunch while we were at work. No mess, friendly, fast, efficient, well priced. They were recommended by our neighbour so the great service wasnt a fluke.Highly recommended, Dave Edge
