Definitely a very needed service. The times I went I had no issues with my paperwork and the J.O.Ps were pleasant enough. But my comment would be about the time. You have to be there early to be seen in the short timeframe they are avaliable if not before otherwise you can get turned away or redirected somewhere else.

I visited the jp after a long wait of 1hour on 10th March 2018.was a waste of time and jp was arrogant did not certify my photo.

This place needs some real customer service skills. Some of the employees are real time grumpy and lack patience. Public service offices must treat people with smile and kindness.

The receptionists were nice and friendly. Heaps of infornative flyers which you can get for free ofcourse. Went here on a Tuesday morning for JP, they open at 10am but we were there around 930am so we're first on the list. We didn't have to wait that long as JP came 15 minutes before10am and happily accommodated us. By the time we're done, there are around 5 people waiting already! They must be really busy so come early if you don't want to wait. ☺

JP services is an issue here. Although timings for Saturday shows until 11 AM, I was turned away at 10 AM saying there are already 20 people waiting ahead of you. I have been told this is an on going issue. If that’s the case then why don’t you get more JPs to serve the public?You hardly get any free services in this country even after paying hefty taxes & council rates. Yet you get such poor services from the local government. Disappointing and shameful.

Our experience of Manurewa Citizen Advice Bureau relation to open hours and service was quite not goodThis place is 5 days office hours and open on Saturdays as wellFrom 9:00 am to 11:00amAfter that they are closeWe went there for document attesting on Saturday and reached around 10:35amPerson at the reception said they are about to close and can give us number and advised us to go Otara or Otahuhu LibraryWe were surprised by the response as it’s open until 11am and we were there 20mins before their closing hours and there were only 2people before us for document attesting and she just routed us somewhere else.So we struggled a lot to on that day while going one place to another . anywaysThis place is overall good but public dealing was not goodYou may find parking easily at this place.

Walked in for some advice, sat down and waited. The guy at the front desk (who was on the phone at the time when I walked in) was more accommodating to the guy that was assaulted by his missus. I asked him I needed some advice about housing and he went off to grab someone. I was there from 1pm and left at 235pm. Angela spoke to me about the new Tenancy law, where to find more information and if I need assistance, to go back to them. Hard to navigate through the process of housing but they make it simple to understand. She was very helpful.
