First class service. Popped in to ask for advice on a broken tablet, and they kindly took the time to walk me through the issues.....and didn't charge me for their time. As a professional designer that uses a multitude of devices, I have found my repair service provider. Very impressed.

Highly recommend iTech for phone repairs or a damaged report for insurance. They did a thorough check of my damaged phone and found other faults that I wasn't even aware of after it had gone through the wash... Thanks Dennis and Ashley, you guys were awesome to deal with!

SCAMMERS !Itech Mobiles in Ormiston Mall is a very big fraud please be careful from these people as i bought Around $500 Stuff from this shop but they don't care about customers as they just give you product and after that if you go back if the product is faulty then they will give you excuse first and when you say something then then they will lie about it.I bought $80.00 wireless phone holder in January and it has been faulty by itself, first they said its your fault as you broke it but anyways they replace the wireless phone holder and did not give me my cable back as he said you did not give me the cable and i told him you can check camera that will show you that i have given you the cable then he said that i don't have the access to Camera and then i told him that its not my fault you don't have access to camera and straightway he started arguing with me and said that i replaced your charger and he thinks that he did something special for me they don't know that NEW-ZEALAND policy as if the electronic item is in under warranty they need to replace it but he was thinking that he did some special for me for giving replacement of the product.Last year, i also got screen protector for my mother from him that also got broken even after 1 week.Very bad service never go to this store they guys are ripping off to Customers, please be careful.In last now it has been 4 days i did not receive the call that they found the footage as i know they are big Scammers.
