The worst service ever. Communication is very slack! The process to get a cabin is ridiculous. The manager /main contact person, Adam does not know a single bit of customer service. If only you could rate no stars that would be my rating.

Terrible service. My mum has used this company a few years ago and they were great but this time she booked in a chiller and it never showed up. She called so many times and kept getting his answer service who said they would pass on an urgent message but didn't hear anything from him. We were just lucky to get one from another company at such short notice (they said they had heard stories like this about this company before). Only got a refund when she said she would take him to court.

Had to empty the presmise because new tenant is going to move in.Booked for return 2 weeks in advance but no reply at all.Called Adam so many times but no answer and finaly he txted me it would be picked up on the day new tenant moves in.But didn't turn up and I had to arrange labour and HIAB truck myself to move out chiller urgently. Dealing with this company was nightmare. I didn't get any call from him yet and just found his invoice in my mailbox.What a terrible experience it was. Please stay away from Adam Stewart and this company.

Booked a bar fridge and chill trailer 4 months in advance of my wedding. Confirmed the week before with this company that I would pick up at 11AM. They text me the night before at 10PM (strange in itself) making sure I was taking the units. I then arrived to their location to pick up at 11AM the next day and the store was shut. It took me 30 minutes to get hold of anyone and they advised the only Auckland staff member was in Waipu. They said they would get back to Auckland for me to pick up 4 hours later when I had labour to help load it and had many other plans for the setting up of wedding venue. Total nightmare.I do not recommend this company at all, barely even got an apology. I ended up not proceeding with them because of this and found other units for cheaper on 2 hours notice. Stay away from these guys!
