If I could give a 10☆ rating it would not be enough. I've enjoyed Studio Pilates for almost 4 months and in that time I have become a huge fan. 3-4 classes per week with attentive, inspiring and professional trainers. They all have your best interests at heart with encouragement and support throughout the class. My lower back pain has virtually disappeared and my knees strength has improved. This will be a great investment in your well-being,

I have been looking for something unique and time out for me to regroup, focus while having a darn good exercise.Studio Pilates silverdale has been an amazing experience. 1 month down and I feel so much better. I'm not as tired, no more aches in my body. It has helped me realign so many things. The girls are amazing and so helpful during class. You never feel out of sorts. Highly recommended

Before Studio Pilates I felt stuck with my wellness goals; I was no longer showing up at the gym and felt heavy and frustrated. I decided to try studio pilates Silverdale and even though it cost more than my gym subscription it has worked X10 better. I'm stronger, motivated and getting leaner by the day. I recommend you invest in you and give them a go!The entire team is lovely and caring and make us work hard!

I've just finished my 6 class introductory pack and wow I'm kicking myself for taking this long to try Pilates. Love the studio and the great range of class times, definitely a time to suit everyone.The instructors are always there making sure you are performing the exercised correctly and boy the burn is real. Addicted for sure and highly recommended.

Just loving this experience.. thought it may be daunting at first but no way! Both Shae and Carissa are professional and fabulous! Great atmosphere.. definitely try 'no regrets'. No 'gym bunny' but a Pilates follower now, no turning back!

My experience at Studio Pilates Silverdale has been very pleasant so far, every class brings a new challenge and forces me to push myself like never before. The studio is always clean and tidy with brand-new equipment and good ventilation. The staff brings great service, making every class enjoyable. I would recommend Studio Pilates to anyone that wants a good workout no matter your fitness level.

Studio Pilates International Silverdale
Highly recommend studio Pilates silverdale. The team is amazing and so are the classes. One of the instructors is always near by to make sure you are completing the exercise correctly to prevent you from hurting yourself. They also have an easy booking system where you can change and switch things around and book your classes. I’m glad I found them and highly recommend everyone give it a try.
