Spacious room with large comfy bed just very disappointing about the noise at this place can literally hear every single footstep above us and hear the tap/toilet running and guests talking. Not sound proof at all very hard to get decent rest

Very expensive for a place that's under construction. The room was very dated, however was large. I had to pay parking on top, even though there was free parking on the road.They took $100 deposit and I still haven't got it back almost a month later, I have never come across a hotel physically taking the money, a card placement yes, but not actually taking funds. So be careful and check you do get this back.My fridge was leaking so couldn't use and breakfast wasn't self serve which was annoying as you had to wait and only got what you were given.As i say very expensive for what it was, i don't think i'd stay again.To add to this, they charged off their freewill $18 surcharge for paywave without prior notification, there is no sign to say they would do this only a surcharge for credit payment.

Fabulous suites in Greenlane. Handy to shops restaurants takeaways trains and buses. Only about 10 mins from downtown Auckland

Nice clean rooms serviced well. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was disappointing and inadequate for the price charged. Listed at 9/10 minutes walk to train but in reality was 15 minutes at a quick walking pace.

Stayed here quite a few times for work, unfortunately every time I have stayed the 7am breakfast is never open until about 7:15, not the best start to the day when you need to get to work The breakfast menu is very expensive so would be best to have the free continental one. The rooms are comfortable and have a good selection of sky programs. There is a lot of building work happening at this motel so parking is a premium!My apologies, I did mean 7am, this was typo. Coffee machine didn't work in the bedroom and in the dining room. Unfortunately had hoped for more, but extremely busy thru the night especially 2-3am. Rowdy house guests.

Really enjoyed staying here, lovely and clean and room I stayed in was well appointed with a great shower. Loved the little coffee machine however the room attendants didn't replenish the pods over the four days. Fortunately a lovely continental breakfast each morning with a machine coffee filled the spot! Looking forward to staying here again in future.

Large room with kitchenette. Clean, tidy. Limited car parking. Hard to see signage at night.Very quite. Bonus of a coffee pod machine (2 pods supplied)

1 Star, party next door, bass so loud through the thin hotel walls. Left just before 10pm same day I checked in. Asked for a partial refund. Got hardly anything back. There was construction scaffolding down the side of the hotel, you have to park out the back, $15 per day for this. Will never stay here again and if you want to a nice quite stay go some where else.
