I've had floors sanded on three continents. There is no better floor sanding team anywhere on earth! Our 1903 Kauri floors that they sanded get more positive comments than I can count!

ED CANNOT BE TRUSTED. He contracted the work out to someone else without telling us. The contractor scraped the corners of the rooms, then polyurethaned over the big scrapings (see photo). The polyurethane was streaky on one patch, a second coat was missed in the middle of the bathroom, nails and masking tape were polyurethaned over. Ed arranged for the contractor to come back but he still didn't fix all the issues. Ed then ignored (by his own admission) my calls and messages for weeks. Eventually he agreed to compensate us part of the bill. He even asked for my bank account number. No money came through. When asked about the compensation he said he had changed his mind". Terrible to deal with and so disappointing to pay all that money and get a substandard job."
