Just getting help is a chore, either grossly understaffed or unwilling to make an effort, Nelson seems so much more usable. This place is just so hit and miss.

Its a store that has so much for cars and nicely positioned with great parking. Staff are friendly and help where they can. Prices competitive.

Great place to shop at.

The shop is located in Blenheim 67 Grove Road. Plenty of parking space, good for wheelchair as well because the shop is wider. Very good loyalty card program. Helpful staff with knowledge about everything. We buy a dash camera and was not working, back to the shop and they changed no problem. I recommend.

Good friendly staff, the club membership works well, and staff can find purchase you made quickly, dont need to keep Themo receipts. shop is easily sort, staff too eager to help but not annoying. Keep smiling guys, you business is a repeat customer.

After being a religious customer at the Blenheim branch, spending quite literally thousands of dollars, I had the worst “customer service” (if you’d even call it that), and am extremely let down.I walked into the store and I was the only customer there. I needed touch up paint mixed up, a regular purchase for me, so I requested assistance. Two staff members were joking around behind the counter when I approached them. A lady immediately dismissed me and said “we can’t do that today sorry, you have to come back tomorrow.”, and her reasoning was due to being too busy. Due to living far out of town, this is very inconvenient. That was only 1 of multiple items I needed today, but I have taken my business to a competitor based on this interaction. I will be sharing this experience with friends & family whom are also frequent buyers with this store.

Needed to replace windscreen wipers. Good service fitting wipers quickly and efficiently. However, wipers were not installed properly and returned to Super Cheap to rectify. No problems. Staff were appalled at previous job and replaced refills with full wiper kits at no charge. The best businesses respond to issues positively and rectify any problem that occurs with their service or product. In this case it was a service failure.. Super Cheap has retained a customer and now has a 5 star plus rating.
