Despite a hesitation to post publicly I can't in good conscience - Lisa from Wellington Investigations deserves to be recognised not only for her careful research but also for the advice she has provided that I'm thrilled to see is bringing closure for an 'adopted' family member. If you're considering the value in engaging WIL to answer your questions I'd recommend doing so - and ask for Lisa!

The service I received from this company, from the time I emailed them to the time they took me to the District Courthouse to sign off my Dissolution of Marriage documents, was amazing. Jamie, my document server, was extremely helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. It wasn't a pleasant document serving but he was very professional and managed to convince the soon-to-be-ex-husband to sign the documents. Jamie is very conscientious and never gives up, he doesn't want to let you down. He makes sure the paper work for the Courthouse is completed correctly which makes the whole process trouble free. I would use this company again and highly recommend their services.

Good service with clear and prompt communication. Experienced and down to earth manner. Reon arranged for overseas company to serve documents in Europe and kept me reassured about progress.Would recommend.

Great service, good communication and tried their best to finish the job. A bit pricey to me but in the end, I think it is worth it.So highly recommended.

What can I say or where can I begin?I contacted Wellington investigation a couple of weeks ago trying to locate someone who had stolen from me, our business, students, friends, families and banks, this person was in the wind. We had word that this conman had Left for NZ( I presumed Wellington). When I contacted Reon on a miserable Sunday night I had little or no expectation, but that changed as soon as Reon from Wellington investigation contacted me back almost immediately, I was comforted, listened to and assured that they would do everything possible to help me, this even after me sending a snarky email afterwards, it was just Pure professionalism from the very beginning. I can't truly put into words What Reon and the team Did for me, but to say I'm forever in their debt for the considerate and generous way they handled me, my case but most importantly my wellbeing and faith in people again.I would highly recommend Wellington investigation, I would highly recommend Reon both as an Investigator and also as a person of great character, kindness and expertise.

I was tentative about approaching WIL thinking it was too simple an issue but their response set me totally at ease. This is a company where size definitely doesn't matter! No cost incurred until they new they were on the right scent and then rapid and informative response. Worked perfectly for me, very happy with Lisa's handling of my enquiry.

I instructed Reon with regard to a tenancy matter. I am pleased to say that his assistance in the matter was terrific and greatly appreciated. He was always reliable and handled all of the quite difficult matters extremely well.

I don’t normally do this review stuff but i had to on this one. I hadn’t seen my sister nor had i had any contact with her for a little over 17 yrs (long story). All i knew was her last known address in New Zealand. I noticed an advertisement for Wellington Investigators when i did a google search and contacted them and they replied pretty much straight away. I couldn’t believe it when i was given some details which has now led to our reunion. I am so thankful to Reon for his quick acting responses to my emails. I really thought it would cost alot to use an investigator but the fee was excellent value! I also didn’t think i had hope in locating her but this was made possible thanks to Wellington Investigators. Thanks so much Reon!
