Ordered 4 space cases 3 weeks ago. Can't get the Hamilton store by phone, keeps diverting to Auckland. Have to drive to the store to talk to someone. They can't tell me how my order, which was placed with them, is progressing because they cant contact the person that would otherwise know. Frustrated? immensely.

Very lovely and helpful staff there on Wednesday the 8th of February. Prices could be better and my last order the container lids failed which I was reimbursed for but still lost hundreds of dollars of product in the courier.
