Brought an earthing mat for my bed and am really disappointed. My sleep has been worse as the mat is so uncomfortable. Certainly haven't seen any improvement in sleep or joint stiffness. Regret spending the money on this.

I purchased the Shungite 'Tree of Life' Pendant and I absolutely love it. I usually find jewellery annoying on my skin so I don't normally wear it, but this stone is very light and rests on the skin softly and doesn't move around. I even wear it when I sleep.I will try to wear it as much as I can to see if I get any benefits from it.Great customer service too and the package came with an additional gift. Thank you so much! I definitely recommend Grounded Kiwi.

Since buying my underlay I have hardly had to do my usual daily stretches because the pain has more than halved. I now have pain free days! The sciatic pain in the backs of my legs was stopping me from doing simple things like tying my shoe laces. I'm not even kidding, the sciatic pain has gone since the first sleep on my undelay! The lower back pain is still there but not everyday. My mum is now using one of the mats to help with her body aches, and we even got vouchers off our next purchase. Love this so much. Thank you

I brought 4 Elite Shungite Pendants and a Polished Shungite Pyramid 30mm. All five pieces are absolutely stunning, we have the Pyramid by the entertainment system with the wifi router in our lounge and all four of us are wearing our pendants. We feel that our sleep has better since wearing, and I noticed my teenage daughters are much calmer in themselves, I feel alot more calm in myself as well. As for other benefits-we are yet to notice any changes- I am sure things will only get better!I have a few more pieces on my wish list.I 100% recommend the Elite Shungite Pendants!-Kristy

I was surprised how well my earthing pillowcase works! My sleep has been insanely deep, I fall asleep fast and know nothing until the morning. I noticed that my circulation has improved and I have more colour in my face making me look healthier.
