The shop is always queue up with client. Waiting time is around 30 minutes to get a drink. The menu is attractive, full of options to choose from.

This was a gem of a find. Wasn't a fan of bubble drinks and milk tea but I'd go to great lengths to get one of these. Absolutely love the whole experience!

Great customer service skills. Staffs are friendly, energetic, and passionate about GONGCHA. Drinks are generally good at this branch but can be more consistent. However when the drinks are good here they are really good. It’s just a matter of the time you come here.

Love the bubble tea and come here often. However few weeks back the service is terrible. I came in with cash one time and ONE guy politely said, oh sorry we don’t take cash then the lady next to him said in a rude tone. Get out! We only take card and rolled her eyes at me. I got scared and actually cried, went to my father to order for me. There’s other reviews on here consistently talking about horrible service. Seriously, why is there no improvement? How are these people even getting hired for such a popular place.

Experimented their creative mix iced tea options...Mango green tea turned out to be highly amazing.. staff was very friendly and welcoming.

I always come here after my chiro sessions on weekends. There are times the service is good but other times, its bad. Some of the crew don’t speak good English and I am trying hard to understand their words and or just punch and dump. In other occasions, the crew smiles and take your order with good service.

Fast service, good location but limited parking due to the roadworks in front. But plenty other parking spaces within 5mins waking time. Popular spot and good price. Can get busy at times. On this occasion, (and we have been there in the past), they forgot about our order and the 3 staff were talking to eahc other as there were no customers in the store. Our order was in the machine and the top has been sealed. We waited 5 mins then one of the staff realised there was a drink still in the machine. This was on a Saturday afternoo n
