Never have I ever had such terrible customer service from a retailer, hung up on, ignored, lied to and just given the run around. I will never shop at this store ever again. If I could give them negative stars I would . Harvey Norman is notorious for trying to bend the rules as when I laid a complaint to the commerce commission they were not shocked at yet another complaint .

Good store - but many, many specials from web are not shown on the products in store - so buyer beware!!! (This seems to be a common pattern between Harvey Norman stores).Brought a product that had a different (higher) price in the computer than was on the ticket AND on the web, it took them 10 minutes to override it!!
