Great creative stylists at Servilles - totally spoilt for choice!

Alexis fixed my hair and brought me back to myself after a recent bad haircut and color at another place. She seems to know what she's doing. She was very careful while fixing both color and cut. She understood my pain, concern and what i was looking for even while i couldnt explain it so well. It's my first visit and I'll def go back. Thank you so much Alexis! I finally feel good about myself :). PS_ the salon is so beautiful and neat in itself, just like the people running that place.

I've been seeing Shelly from Servilles Takapuna ever since she started there and i'll never go anywhere else! She is incredible at blonde highlights that look so fine and natural, and she cuts my hair exactly how I want it! I'm slowly growing out my natural colour from being a bleach blonde, and the blending she's been doing is just stunning!!! She is so friendly and we chat non stop the entire time i'm there. She's a hairdresser you can also call a friend.

I've been coming to the Takapuna Servilles since 2006. I've been seeing Pedja for cuts for 12 years now and I always leave happy, he's friendly and knows exactly what you want everytime.

Pedja is my hairdresser here and I absolutely love him. He is so talented! He has a real artistic flair and I always leave feeling super happy and pretty. I highly recommend Servilles Takapuna.

I have been coming to Servilles Takapuna for many years and I really love how Ari cuts and colours my hair. However the other day I had to cancel my appointment on the day as I had a severe migraine and was feeling too sick to get my hair coloured. I was told that because I had booked online that I would lose my $100 deposit. Now I know that it’s in the terms and conditions and I’m not disputing that. But surely having been a customer for so many years and also introducing my daughter as a customer, I would have thought that I could have transferred the $100 to another appointment? Every time I come in to get a cut or colour I never have my hair dried as it is very curly and it would just make it go frizzy. I have never disputed having to pay the full price for the cut and blow wave even tho I don’t get the blow wave. My daughter was ripped off the other day too when she came in just to have the very front pieces of her hair highlighted and was charged $200 and she is a student so money is tight. She was going to do it herself at home but I encouraged her to get it done professionally thinking it surely wouldn’t cost so much. She wasn’t even informed of the price beforehand. I just wish that the loyalty of my custom had been taken into account. I couldn’t help having a migraine and tried to make the appointment but just felt too unwell. As much as I appreciate Ari’s skills as a hairdresser and the fact he is a genuinely nice man, I won’t be coming back.
