Rang and managed to get someone very quickly. Mother-in-law was using washing machine when a leak occurred. Foley responded in great time and fixed the problem wonderful friendly service

The team at Foleys did a great job installing my mains hot water cylinder -- its so beautifully engineered and installed its almost a shame to hide in a cupboard! Great work, and lovely team!

Customer service is appalling. I called during COVID to get the sewer line at my house fixed and the guy who came out insulted both myself and my wife for the fact that I had unintentionally undermined the pipe. When I called the office I was told that this was unacceptable and that it would be put right. Nothing happened so I called back weeks later and when I told them that nothing had happened the response was that that particularly plumber probably did not apologise because, 'that's just Mike - he is like that.' I did not think this good enough so I chose to withhold my final payment until this was resolved and was referred to debt collectors. When I called to see what was going on I spoke to Lucas who did not address my concerns but seemed to take pleasure in telling me that my pipes were probably all stuffed and that it would cost me a fortune to fix them. Weird bullies.

Usually good but this job took more than two days to complete and the bathroom was out of action during each day. The water was also turned off. So, no washing or dishes. This also meant huge inconvenience to my daughter who consequently could not work from home at this time and had to work elsewhere. A frustrating experience for whole family.

It is unfortunate that I am writing this comment ,but I feel hard done by after receiving an account for $145.00 for the return of a work person to tighten a tap mixer that was not secured when installed. I trust that anyone else using your services checks that all workmanship done is approved and tested before paying for it.

We had Josh prepare electrical work for our new Spa. Josh dug the trench, got the job done in record time & he was so lovely to have at our home, totally trustworthy, we could leave the house open for him to get the job done. Josh is a total asset to Foleys & we’ll always use Foleys for plumbing & electrical :) super star!

Just bought a home and used the dishwasher for the first time to find it leaked water onto the floor. Called Foleys Balclutha and they came the same day and fixed the trap that had been inserted upside down. Very good efficient service.

My plumber went above and beyond. He put in a hose connection that didn’t take too long and the consequences of that is, I didn’t have to carry heavy watering cans to my garden and over the summer was able to grow a very productive garden. This little job was added onto to another job he originally came for.I am an older person and found that the extra service helped me enormously. The plumbers attitude was very professional, timely and his workmanship was excellent.

Over priced for what they did no contact no reply from the office about work or price just charged what they want with no excuse for what was asked about for price off job will never use again as didn’t repair job properly
