We are loving our rental house and Crockers has been great to deal with the past few months. Our property Manager Loren is very reactive when small issues are raised and always lovely to deal with. Would recommend Loren to anyone looking to rent!

I have entered into a tenancy with Crockers recently all thanks to Jane! I recently meet with Jane, and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we first came in contact, I could tell she was professional, knowledgeable and hardworking. Throughout the entire time -(prior to signing us on for our tenancy), Jane demonstrated impeccable communication skills. Always keeping myself and flatmates informed about any updates to the property and addressing any concerns or questions we had. She has definitely made this process of moving so seamlessly and is very meticulous ensuring we have everything in order, before the handover of keys.I am looking forward to having Jane as our property manager for the next few years. This is the second time that I am renting with Crockers and have had Loren Hill as my property manager. Loren is very responsive and very easy to deal with. I have had bad experiences with property managers before who take weeks to email you back so having Loren has been amazing and very reassuring. I would 100% recommend her and Crockers. Me and my partner feel very well looked after.

An incredible team of experts dealing with body corporate and apartment management matters. I wrote to the Senior Account Manager looking after my apartment complex about a payment/insurance matter that was outside of their remit, so it was a bit of a long shot to write to Crockers in the first place. However the lovely Adriana responded almost instantly and said she will investigate the matter for me. A few days later, I had received the payment owing to me after I had been chasing it for 6 months! The people at Crockers are amazing, reliable and trustworthy, but particularly Adriana for her empathy and going above and beyond her role to work her magic to get the issue resolved! You will definitely be well looked-after with Crockers!

Amazing professional service!We recently worked with Jane Jo and her property management skills are exceptional! It only took over a week to find the ideal tenants and works perfect for us as we are moving overseas end of this month. She thinks ahead what are the needs for the tenants and the owner and she goes an extra mile ahead to ensure everything is moving forward.
