Stopped on Saturday night for a quick meal, the state of the place was appalling. There was dirt on the floors, dirt stacked under and on the table at the kids play area, plus the kids play area smelt very bad. The toilets were extremely dirty, heard the men's toilets were in even worse state. Not an environment to be eating at.

Granddaughter saw a crockeroch on the table edge. After my alert, a staff member came with a cloth to terminate it, no further words, and just walk away.

Sadly the food quality has dropped over the last 6 months. My last review was great, nice hot fresh food, quick service. Today I had to wait and still got cold soggy fries and a big Mac that was thrown together with heaps of lettuce. I use the app often but find when it's a deal the food is junk, ie stale buns. Very disappointed.

Missed my 1 order at the drive-through, I then asked to have my medium meal added, they did this, but never gave me the chips for the 2nd meal. Only the drinks. I specifically asked the lady at the last window to add ketchup to the order. This was not done either. When I arrive home to find this issue, I try to call 4 times to no avail. Very disappointed

Coke was warm and not fizzy, Fried were cold, sundae was icy and not creamy. Have had better times but yesterday was a low.

It is supposed to be a place for us to enjoy the nice and delicious foods and having fun time with my family. However, I just can not get over how unhygienic the place can be. I guess the place is always busy and constantly been occupied by incoming customers where there is no time for staff to clean the area on time.

I was overcharged when i bought some food there,i only noticed when i checked my account balance,i then went back and explained the situation to the Manager,and she resolved the issue amicably. To the Manager i would like to say a BIG THANK YOU,you treated me with respect and dignity and i felt very welcome.Please keep up the good work !!!!!!!!
