I have just purchased in this Dunedin store. Amazing customer service! Even if there is a lot of customers, the team take the time to check on your requests, help out and give options. Prices are incredible, and they have plenty of stock to choose from! I am definitely coming back. Thanks

I have been to this outlet store twice in the last two weeks and neither time has it been open. On the first occasion, the store was completely shut. This was despite the fact it was a week day. The second time there was a sign stating, “Sorry for inconvenience, back in half an hour.” Unfortunately, after waiting half an hour, no one had appeared to re-open the store.

I visited Bendon Dunedin on 11 January 2022. The shop assistant Jane was extremely helpful, friendly and polite. It was busy and she was dealing with other customers as well; but she listened attentively to my requirements and I felt very confident that she knew what would be the best choices for me.She is a real asset to your business.
