Took my sister there with my 4-year-old nephew to eat and play on the playground... the playground was so dirty to look at and slimy and tacky to touch.. it has changed hands and has turned into a terrible filthy place... they had workers there with their children sitting at tables and running around.. While the mum was working behind the Cafe. Last week we went thru the drive-thru with my pregnant daughter who has diabetes! I asked for frozen coke zeros and watched the lady give us normal ones!!! When I questioned it she packed a huff got new ones and shoved them at me...Also today I witnessed a rude worker cough into her gloves and serve soft cones!!!ITS DISGUSTING STAY AWAY!!!!I will be taking this further the council needs to know! It's that bad!!!

We went here twice in five days both times left us feeling letdown. Even the staff felt embarrassed. They told us they had one person who had experience and the rest are newbies. Seriously we waited ages at the drive tru and then another ten minutes to get the coffees. The next time they told us the coffee machine was broken but in reality she said no one new how to use it.must also say the Manly McDonald's was no better. Get your act together you have social and community responsibilities. Tim

20 minutes in the drive through waiting for my order, worst McDonald's I have been too, shocking!Now wonder this place has a low google rating. They don't improve at all, no customer service.

This place is always heaving busy. No counter ordering. The printer for self ordering was out of paper and I didn't catch our order number due to a number of factors. Staff were getting slammed. Noisy, hot, long queues inside and in the drive through. Food was a expected but I don't like McDonald's kids enjoyed their meals. U was super happy to see a recyclable toy for a change

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from one of your employees (named Tommy). During my visit to your restaurant today, I encountered an employee who was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful.When I approached the counter to place my order, the employee seemed disinterested and was unwilling to answer my questions.Furthermore, when I received my order, it was incorrect and had to be remade. The employee was unapologetic and did not seem to care about my experience.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
