The office lady is extremely unfriendly. Their staff seems unexperienced. They not even worth a star.

I had a few questions on cross lease titles and Aileen was able to answer all my queries with regards to legalities etc and put my mind at ease. Thank you Aileen for actually being happy to help.

I have contracted and paid them to do my land survey and pegging of the boundary of my sub-divided property on a ROW and lodge it with the Title office.Many times I have informed in writing and complained that the person who came to do the work did not complete the job in pegging. Except on our driveway their were no pegging done on the critical 4 corners of the boundaries of the property itselfno one up to date had rectified it. I have asked if they would pay another surveyor to come and peg the corners, but I do not here from them either.I am very disappointed as a Cadestial Surveyors of their servicesI have asked to rectify the incomplete work or come and show the pegs. Or answer in writing why not? Until now I have heard nothing from the surveyors.

We engaged boundary consultants based on their quote before Xmas as they were a bit cheaper than the other 2 options that quoted and we were not under time pressure so mid January survey was ok for us. To cut a long story short they turned up a week later than agreed and overcharged based on our job being more difficult than anticipated". Obviously we are now under time pressure and had no choice than to pay the invoice in order to receive the survey date. Overall I would definitely NOT recommend."

We had a very bad experienced with this company. Beware of this company They overcharged for things. They did not disclosed the fees for things that they are working and charged huge amount fee. We stopped the work right before the Covid and I have proved of it and no works was further done but still charging fee which not even relate to subdivision work. Their consultant emailed me saying no further work carried on us the land has a restriction to develop so I assume they have stopped their work. They did as there was no proved of further work on the property. But a few months later they sent me a invoice but they can't prove what they done. How ridiculous. The receptionist/account admin person is extremely rude and no manner what so ever. She has no customer service skill. Never again with these people.
