At True Kit we choose to fit Railblaza fittings as standard onto every one of our boats. The reliability and simplicity is second to none. I can not fault the after sales service from Railblaza. Following a minor issue with my kayak setup i was advised by the team at Railblaza of some improvements to the locking collar on some of their products. I must say it is awesome, so i have updated a lot of my setup as well as adding some new track mount star ports and Adjustable R-Lock camera mounts. Thanks Railblaza.

The range from Railblaza is second to none ,particularly the safety gear.The best thing you will ever add to your set up is the Kayak Visibility Kit.I found myself in an emergency situation and the strobe light literally saved my life.The quality and value without a doubt leads the market.

Customer service is 2nd to NONE!!! I have ordered many items directly and from 3rd party sellers (Amazon). When I did have my first question about a product, TEAM RAILBLAZA answered within a few minutes. To completely assure me they added the Design Team for additional assistance, and had the best possible answer and ears for my questions. I have never experienced this level of professionalism from any company. I am forever a customer.

Very happy with the service I have received from Railblaza and the quality of the products are awesome I have just customized a new boat with lots and lots of Railblaza products. After testing the product with a few sample products i loved the quality and have gone all in. From rod holders,GPS and fish finder Bimini attachment. And more my next perches will be the anchor and navigation lightsThanks Guys for cool products

Really positive customer service and warranty experience. Bought my first Railblaza product which turned out had a small defect... within 2 days of contacting them it was replaced, ZERO hassle! I can honestly say from that experience they back their products and warranty.
