I bought this L-shaped sofa and it came with a defect and I had ordered the wrong side. But I contacted the chat and the girls solved my problem by changing the sofa and now on the right side (left).

I have recently bought the new build house and order the bed set and mattress from ifurniture, delivery person has scratched my new house wall from 3 to 4 places and when I send the pictures on email to i furniture and complaint about it to them then ifurniture is saying its a minor scrtach and offered $50 voucher. Unreasonable and worst service. Can't recommend there service.

Happy with the quality of the products, customer service, and the cost.I bought bed, mattress, and a rug. At the showroom the items looked ok but when you get the brand-new items at your place it looks decent.

The item was delivered promptly. It was easy enough to put together, but part of the assembly required a replacement piece when the screw housings didn’t hold. I spoke with Nikki as a customer service rep and she was very helpful. As off this writing she is arranging a replacement part, experience was pretty good except the piece needing replacing

I used the online chat to find where stock was available for a desk I wanted to buy. Mimmi assisted me and she helped me so much. She assisted me through the payment process and booked a time I could pick up my order. If only all customer service workers were as good as Mimmi.
