MUI Japanese Restaurant
Went to the resturant twice so far. But owner refused serving us. First time the restuarant was full and we said we could wait for a free table, but they kicked us out in the end. Second time we went around 7:45pm and the restaurant was half full but we were refused again because the owner said the kitchen had closed. But the sign says the restaurant closes at 9pm.Probably the owner refused us because there were only two of us? Racism? Who knows??? But we will never go back again, and will also spread the word to the community.

Had lunch here. We had the chicken karaage with citron ponzu sauce, chicken paitan ramen and chicken katsu nabe.Everything was so delicious.The citron ponzu sauce was a nice change to the usual Mayo. Good portions for the price.

Food quality is very good. Appreciate how the chef went to our table, after food was delivered, to ask if the saltiness is to our liking? Pricing is a little bit expensive than usual.

Great restaurant to dine out. The menu is kind mixing of Korean and Japanese food. The fried chicken was great. The food portion was larger than I expected. We two had to take away almost half of the food we ordered. The price was reasonable. Recommend to people who want to try both Korean and Japanese food at the same time.

A nice hidden gem. Their fried chicken is really good. Yum Yum prawn is on a salty side. Volcano rolls presentation is 10/10 but the taste is 4.5 or 5 out of 10.

Worst Japanese restaurant service ever!No smile, no customer service.He rushed us out at 8:45pm even closing time is at 9pm. We understand they are not busy on Sunday night, they can inform us nicely they are closing early better than just push the trolley out and clean everything straight up even we still have our sake.Overall Food is average, service is terrible

Good food, nice ambience, service is average but overall worth a visit if looking for some Japanese food out East. With regards to a previous review by Ivan, we witnessed their second visit and would say their review is a bit unfair and unjustified. Definitely no racism seen. We had arrived just after 7pm ourselves but we had the courtesy to ask the staff if they could take us in given the time and no booking made. I would suggest you either book or come earlier if wanting to genuinely try the place.

Some of the best Japanese food I have ever had. The Sashimi was excellent.
