Airsoft Gun Centre (ASGC)

Bought a gas pistol and soon had problems I worked around. When it failed and became useless I took it in assuming an expensive item like this would last a reasonable time and given it’s low use thought I’d get it repaired or replaced under warranty. Apparently not. I’m told they only give their stuff three months before it’s out of warranty. Pretty poor given the prices they charge. Considering taking the matter to the disputes tribunal.

Very very poor customer service to the point where they will argue with you over the phone after waiting 4 weeks and receiving no information - also saying nothing was wrong with device after 4 weeks with a technician who found nothing yet the store staff and I confirmed there was an issue. Poor quality equipment. I Do not support this business.

I have spent thousands with ASGC now and I must say that they give great service and advice. I have had great encounters with Henry, Romain and even Norah who isn't actually part of sales, but was kind enough to give me advice as I was purchasing the same gun that she owns. Henry is amazing at giving unbiased opinions on different brands and guns filling me in on the pros & cons of each gun I was looking at. He is a genuinely very friendly person that is passionate about airsoft. Romain especially has been very helpful and I must say also very patient with all my questions and concerns before making some purchases, he is also extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and helped me make informed decisions. Highly recommend these guys.I live in Tauranga and even though there are airsoft shops in Rotorua and Hamilton that are far closer to me, I always end up driving to Auckland to deal with ASGC even if I've stopped off in Hamilton on the way up to Auckland, that's how much I recommend them.It must also be noted that these bunch of people work long hours, especially on weekends, giving us expert advice so that we can go out and enjoy ourselves. It must be very difficult to watch us walk out the door with new guns, while they sit there and work long hours attending to all our airsoft needs as most airsoft games are played on weekends they hardly get the opportunity to indulge in their passion of airsoft as well so I think that's something to keep in mind. These guys are legends in their own right.

Absolutely blown away by this store. Man, Henry helped me understand the sport and how to get into it in details. Dude was not trying to sell me anything other than the passion he feels for it and because of that, will never conduct my business anywhere else. I'm sold. Can't wait to go back and get my gear. Props!

Great shop with responsible staff. They are all very knowledgeable at Airsoft. Would definitely recommend airsofters to check this place out.

ASGC has a very nice showroom and selection. The online order process is fairly simple and straightforward, buying is easy. Their employees to date have taken good care of me despite the fact I am a demanding" customer. I'm not sure about previous complaints because I've found staff to be great and not an issue.The reason why I have deducted a star is because I've had some difficulties with 3 higher end rifles

The store has great product, however even when spending well over 1000 dollars and purchasing a display model they claimed had never been fired, they wouldn't even budge on price. They seemed to have some fair knowledge about it all, however they didn't even know the airsoft I was purchasing had a burst mode, which they assumed me it didn't. They weren't very to the point and things kept getting more expensive when asking for a ready to use package. Overall i think a good store however I feel they only cared for the money I was about to pay them, the price on the thing is what they will charge you weather buying 100 of them or not. Will be looking elsewhere for anything I can source elsewhere and will only use when I can't find elsewhere.

first time purchasing from these guys online. Bought Monday morning before opening hours and got the item on tuesday morning.Love the quick shipping and will defs be shopping again with the nice prices
