Ordered m&ms McFlurry, choc sundae and apple pie via Uber eats.Order delayed which resulted in warm, melted McFlurry ice cream, chewy m&ms, melted sundae and lukewarm apple pie.The order cost $23.82 in total, expensive for the quality I received. Only refunded $6.99.

Hi there. I went to mcdonalds linwood around 12.30am sunday night. As worked in fast food before i know how overwhelming it can be. I had 2 orders and within the orders it was pretty straight forward. The lady taking the order, was just unresponsive and nonchalant. I understand that because i know the struggle but it was to a point where i was like uhhh. I must say that all the staff were very nice :). i got the food, as pictured it was just thrown together. i asked for extra lettuce in my cheesy chicken and did not recieve (i added it in at home). it was also garlic mayo inside.....

Food& Service is pretty good, The eastgate drivethru however, im forever getting ripped off .. forgetting sauces i can forgive even after ive stated dont forget the sauce".. forgetting to add cheese to our CHEESE burgers.. not 1 but 2 & charging us $8 4 sad looking hamburgers .. well thats annoying but hey mistakes happen i get it...most recently forgetting our fries prompting me to finally call up. Vouchers were offered up as compenstion..Ok Ill take ya bribe...I only want what i pay for

I appreciate that working in fast food can be busy and stressful but this mcdonalds has never gotten my order correct. Drive thru is painfully slow, staff is mostly friendly but it would be great if my food was correct. Last resort after a long day, just makes it longer.

Got a really rude service from a crew person called Charles, kept looking down, couldn't smile, told us the wait would be 5 minutes. He got called back into thekitchen and took 20 minutes to make our order of two big burgers and one small. Our food was sloppily put together, come on mcds hire someone else who actually cares

Always see this drive thru packed as. With more workers than any other Maccas in Canterbury they are still the slowest. Kind people but slow and slow equals useless I’ve been in drive thru for over 30mins and there’s only three cars here

I was rear ended by a drunk driver in the drive thru early hrs Saturday. I must say when we ordered we commented on the person who I think was the shift manager was so nice and super efficient. We paid and told her she was awesome then moved to the next.window where we were hit.She came straight out and helped me to calm down. Spoke to the man on other car calmly. I'm not sure how the staff was but I did hear her speak to them tooShe then asked if we wanted our food or reimbursement or both. I said no we were hungry and had whanau at home to feed. She got chairs and our foodJust at that moment of complete shock for myself and my friend she kept me calm and took care of the situation and by standers in a respectful caring manner. I have thought of her since and the staff and how it must have been an event and a half for them too.So I just wanted to thank her for all she did for myself, my friend , the other man , her staff, and the public. I will definitely try to thank her personal. She's one to look after. Nga mihi nui Kia a koe whaea.Miki Dz EAST thanks from me!!!!!

Constantly leaving multiple items out of Uber eats orders. Ordered a burger combo and 2 mcflurrys, they forgot the BOTH of the Mcflurrys.Ordered a bacon and egg McMuffin combo, they forgot the McMuffin.That’s only two examples, won’t be ordering from them anymore.
