Good environment and kind teachers

An “amazing” school！, I studied level 3 academic English course in last year, and successfully graduated, due to COVID 19, I was unable to attend the graduation ceremony in this July , and also the staff said that the certificate could be mailed. Unfortunately, I still haven't received it. During this period, I sent several emails to the school staff Rima to ask, but so far there is no result. i just wanner know is it lost? where's my certificate? please don't give me any records in email, ceitificate paper!!! so, I don't konw what to say````````Difficulty communicating````
