Absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend Jessica for a massage. Jessica was great! We did a brief but thorough consultation prior to the appointment and gave me the exact massage I wanted/needed. The float was also very enjoyable, trust the process, it’s worth it! I felt so comfortable and relaxed for my entire visit, I wasn’t rushed and was care for throughout. Just sad I had to something on and couldn’t stay for my cup of tea. Just stunning! Thank you all so much, I will be back. :)

I have been going City Cave every month since it opened and would 100% recommend for your wellness needs. Very welcoming, super friendly and attentive staff. Clean facility with an idyllic environment and convenient location. Massage therapists are the best in town with a variety of styles. I can turn up with confidence knowing any ofthe therapist will do an amazing job. I always leave feeling rejuvenated with a full cup. I absolutely love this place. Thankyou

Wonderful experience. Clean and relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff.Had the opportunity to float, I had my own room in a shallow pool, with shower attached. Relaxing and weightless feeling, and slowly waking up to the gentle music.Did the sauna too, loved the infrared sauna. Little things like water and ability to connect your device to the speaker while in there is really sweet.

Absolutely incredible experience! (Sauna & float) Staff were excellent, facilities exceeded expectations and such a calming place. I (28yr old snowboarding traveller) particularly enjoyed the hair/lotion station and the 'recovery room' which was very relaxing. I also found the location easy to access with public transport. Leaving feeling completely rejuvenated! Thank you City Cave Queenstown.

Love city cave, and love the amazing staff that work there. They really make the whole experience. City cave is such a hidden gem, and I highly recommend the float and sauna experiences!

Float Therapy was awesome! I enjoyed it so much. The staff was amazing, kind and very helpful. What a great atmosphere.

A unique experience where you find tranquility in your world. Exquisite service and clear instructions are given throughout the whole service.The highlight is the experience I had in the infrared sauna. I had my phone connected to the Bluetooth device and had a 45 minutes morning meditation in the private sauna room. Thais is all I wanted after a hectic week at work.Thanks for the amazing experience. Highly recommended!

My partner and I purchased the Infrared Sauna at City Cave Queenstown a week after it first opened. We were pleased with the customer service experience as we walked in as well as the landscape of the building and the vibrant atmosphere of the place and location. We were thankful to have received the knowledge about how the Sauna and service worked as it was our first time receiving this sort of treatment. From an athletic perspective, recovery is important to us and we were pleased to hear about the benefits of it. Thanks to the team for welcoming us and making the experience a great first impression. Booked in already for future sessions.

My partner and I indulged ourselves with the couples package. It was incredible! It was just what we needed after 5 days on the slopes. We had a massage from Jessica and Felipe and we highly recommend them! Felipe took so much time and care with my massage. He paid attention to my concerns and made sure that I was happy at every stage of the massage. We will be back next time we are in Queenstown, NZ!

I have been to The Cave for 3 visits. Each time the experience has just got better! I am a Doctor/Anaesthetist as well as an acupuncturist. I have had long term back issues. Having a massage with Jessica followed by a floatation has changed my back and life very rapidly after years of various treatments. Jessica’s style of massage is unique. Years of experience shows. I have had massages all around the world in many different styles. Some have helped but Jessica’s style suits me. The advances in improvement are noticed very early, and last! My independent Craniotomy-sacral chiropractor in Blenheim has noticed a significant improvement very quickly. Thank you Jessica! Why can’t NZ Health fund this treatment instead of promoting drug driven practises? Well done!
