I was new to New Zealand & I was trying to buy a car. Lucky I was introduced to Hamish Jacob from MTF by one of the autosales agent. Hamish guided me the whole process understanding I am new & he made sure I only commit for what I can pay back without feeling burdened. I highly recommend him.

Hamish and the MTF process made the transaction so smooth and painless. Alway picked up his phone when I called, replied to emails with speed and correct information. Provided a couple of different options to help make the purchase work for my situation. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I am super impressed with the quality of personal service I received from Hamish at MTF Finance. I know the financial landscape is a tricky one right now and lending providers need to carefully measure their risk when it comes to providing loans to people but I recently found when applying for a loan with my own bank and a loan provider I had successfully used before that I received no personal communication and I was put through their aiutomated system which declined me and gave me no reason why or any ability to discuss or provide any further information if it was required. I have an excellent credit history but it seems they have lost their customer focus and are just spitting out auto-declines. Hamish, however, took the time to review my application and go through my financial documents and rang me to clarify some transactions with me before approving my loan to pay for some much need house repairs and the money was in my account in no time. It was a breath of fresh air to have a real person talk to me about my loan application and make me feel like I mattered as an individual. I cant recommend Hamish and MTF enough. If you havent heard of them before, then check out their website as their history and values are very worthy and I honestly cant imagine going back to my bank for any future loans, even though I have been with them for 18years, so loyalty is clearly not a customer focus. I would put MTF as my first port of call for any future loan requirements.

MTF Efficiency, service and slick processes made this transaction a pleasure for me. I never thought I would say that about car finance as it is normally tedious and slow exercise. I'm sure company owners who have not tried MTF will be surprised like I was.
